Green Card - Conviction

I have a green card from 1970 that I haven't renewed.

If I get convicted of a pending gross misdemeanor, can I be deported?

Yes, you could be deported depending on the type of crime, for example, a controlled substance crime. You would have to consult with an experienced immigration attorney to see if that is the case.
