go to the US consolate there to get

stamping again or I shall come back

on my existing H4 visa itself. f i can

come on existing visa itself, will i

have any issues in the POE. I have

all his H1B documents clearly.

Re: H4 visa stamping

Dear Inquirer:

Your visa is still valid. You should, however, be prepared to explain how your husband remains in valid H-1B status, if asked, and to present copies of his current and prior I-94s.

I recommend that you email [email protected] or visit www.hanlonlawgroup.com for more information.
