If you entered illegally, there is not much you can do at this point. Once your children turn 21 years old, they can petition for you to obtain an immigrant visa. Even at that point, you would need a waiver of your unlawful presence. To qualify for the waiver you would need to show that a spouse or parent that is a lawful permanent resident of U.S. Citizen would suffer extreme hardship if you were not allowed to remain in the U.S. If you are ever put into removal proceedings in immigration court, you may be eligible for cancellation of removal. You may want to consult with an immigration attorney to go over any options that are available to you at this point.
