my mom applyed for the immigration reform on 1984, she wasnt able to get paper but she did get a good social securite. wat are the changes of me getting her a green card im her daughterand a us citizen

If she, however, came to USA illegally (without a visa), and if she is eligible for protection of the INA 245i, she might be able to apply for adjustment of status ('green card') if you (a daughter over 21 years of age) petition for her. If you are younger than 21, you can't petition for your mother.
