Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Can I get my mother and sister to US before my wedding in May 2009

I am a US Citizen and I am petitioning my mother to immigrate to the US, my question is, can my sister, who is 15 years old, immigrate with my mother to the US or do I have to petition my sister with a seperate form? My mother's interview is on 11/10/08, and it doesn't seem right to me that my mother will immigrate to the US and leave my 15 year old sister behind. I am getting married in May 2009 and hoping to have them both before then, can you tell me how to make it happen with my 15 yr old sister?

There's an error in the immigration law that doesn't allow a child to derive status through a parent who is petitioned by a US citizen sibling. But for more information, you may call my office. There are options available to her.
