Re: Options????

What is your field? You may be able to extend your OPT and find another possible sponsor. You say Dance Studio -- are you a professional dancer? There are options to change your status, for example, if you are a professional dancer, you may be able to obtain an O visa or some other nonimmigration visa that will give you time to either find a sponsor, or apply for lawful permanent residence. What is your degree in? There are a lot of questions to ask, but you should obtain the assistance of a good immigration lawyer to help. Good Luck!

Re: Options????

You'll generally need a sponsor for a work visa. Other options are of course family-based petitions as well as investment.

I suggest taking a look at my web site at http://www.msclaw.com and contacting if you have further questions.
