Re: search

Police, or any government enforcement official, cannot simply knock your door down or push their way into a home in this country, whether the owner is legal or illegal. What they can do is produce a warrant with the name of the person they are looking for or the thing they are seeking. Your friend should report this form of government action and file a complaint. (But we know he won't.) This is why it happends b/c people won't deal with it and demand an answer to such actions. Oh well. Good luck to your friend!
