You need to have an immigration attorney file for a fiance visa on your behalf. Once your fiance enters the US, the two of you must marry within 90 days or the visa is no longer valid and your fiance must return to his/her home country.

Hello:

You can also go and marry her in her home country and apply for the K3.

Hi,

I assume that you are a U.S. citizen, and that you have physically met your fiance within the past 2 years. Filing a K1 petition with the USCIS will start the process for your fiance to obtain K1 visa enter the U.S. for the purpose of marrying you. The following webpage from our website is helpful: http://h1b1.com/K1visa.htm
