Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

i came here in USA as k1 visa.now im married and looking for a job,do i have right to say im not married just to protec t my personal life.and can my employer track my marital status based on my green card?

Why would you hide the fact you are married? How lying about your marital status going to protect your life? Any employer that finds out you lied should have no problem firing you in which case it will follow you for the rest of your life. Your prospective employer may even report you to DHS / ICE on suspicion of immigration fraud!

You should seriously rethink your position.
