the insurance company provid me atturny but it look like he work for the insurance, can I ask the insurance to get me new atturny that would protect me?

Often the interests of insurance company and its insured do collide. When that happens, the insured is entitled to another, independent attorney, called "Cumis counsel" appointed at the insurance company's expense.

You are strongly advised to seek a consultation by an independent lawyer to ascertain if you indeed will require a Cumis counsel.
