Assuming that your vehicle was damaged in an auto accident, I recommend that you either hire an attorney or negotiate directly with the other driver's insurance company. Insurance information should be on the police report (if one generated). If the other party refuses to provide you with insurance information or pay for the damages, it may be time to hire legal counsel.
