Architectual Photography

I am looking to photograph foreclosed properties and I am looking for legal advise. Is there any current laws allowing/restricting me to take public photo's of homes and post them on a website. The website is pay for service site.

There is nothing I know of preventing you from taking pictures of homes and putting them on your website, so long as you don't appropriate pictures that others have taken and post them. They have to be your photographs, taken by you.
