Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California
My husband was arrested for domestic aginst myself on the hearsay of my father, I know in ca. once arrested it's out of my hand's. My ex is harrasing my husband with call's all hour's and now the court records show a communication from my self to the court which I have never communicated with the court. How do I get to see what these doc's are that were supposed to have been communicated from me. My ex is causing alot of extra pain to my daughter , my husband ,and myself. What is my course of action against someone communicating with the court's pretending to be communication's from me ?

"Once arrested it's out of my hands" is not exactly true. You can be a major factor in your husband's defense. Talk with his attorney (privately hired or public defender) to make sure all the facts are known before trial.
