Do I need permission to use name?

I've engaged the service of a literary agent. I'm writing a health care related book. I'm planning on utilizing a local cancer center's resource library, which is open to the public. Am I permitted to use the center's name on the cover of the book? I want to include: researched from the library of...I volunteer at this center, so i have a great working relationship from them, but want to know from a legal standpoint if I am able to do this.

You may want to ask permission to use their name. You may even consider dedicating the book to the center. Chances are, they will be happy to have their name appear.
