Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California

I plan to self-publish a pamphlet which cites other authors' work using their name and source. I use the title of one song "I've gotta be me", but give no info. What should the copyright concerns be?

You should repost your attorney question with more information. When you say that you will cite other authors' work, what do you mean? How much of their work is included in your proposed pamphlet? What you say you are using the title of one song, what do you mean? Consult with a good intellectual property attorney in your area for specific advice.
