1.can I resell my used book on ABEbooks or ebay (but it is international edition)

2. can I open a store and sell used international edition textbook in U.S

Under the "first sale" rule, once a copyrighted work has been sold or distributed by the copyright owner, it can be resold by a legitimate purchaser. This means you can sell your used book wherever you want, but you may not make copies and sell those.
