violation of terms and conditions

The poker site claims that I have violated their terms and conditions so they have permanently blocked me access to my account and all funds therein. They say since I have violated their terms and conditions they will not return any of my funds with in this account. I have over 20,000 dollars in here. I need help in order to recover my funds.
