Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in California

grand theft auto

I only have one question? I live in california, stockton. I am 15 and i was caught by the cops on 4/21/07 for grand theft auto at Chico. One car is my cousins which the cops said i have stolen the vechile and my friend Johnny Moua who forced me to strip another car which is some guys car. Well i was just worried that can the law take my driving privilege away. I only have a Pink Slip. The reason why i want to drive is because my dad works 12-14 hours a day. He can only drop us three children at school in the morning. I am the oldest and i have a little sister that is only a third grader and she is to small to walk home. Well my other brother is a 9th grader and he gets out to late to pick up my sister. I'm the only one that can pick her up because i get out 30 min earlier. Most of the time i always walk home after school and its like a 2 hour walk. I cant never sleep. I always think that in my mind. Also i have a grandma that is around her early 80's and everday she walk about 40min to pick up my little sister. I hate that, it is a suffering to see my old grandma to walk in the sun every school day. My mother is divorced and she lives in minnesota. well i hope u can give me the answer. Thank you.

Re: grand theft auto

Maybe you should think about how the law can put you in CYA, or prison, if you keep on boosting cars. You would have plenty of time to think about your Grandma and sister, whom you will have abandoned.
