You should review the employee handbook (or other documents) regarding the employer's procedures for lodging complaints, and then follow those procedures. Make sure everything is in writing. State accurately what the manager has said to you and anything else that has happened, without exaggerating. State what you have done so far to helpyour situation, if anything: such as having asked the manager to stop. If there are witnesses to the things she has said, state the names of those witnesses. If you need further advice I can talk to you at no charge. Call me at 805-886-4515.
