10 years ago my mother was wrongly kik from here job. She took it to cort and they did everything they could to stall or through out the case so much so that it took 10 years to get a rulling in some high corts. She won every ruling. now it comes down to how much back pay they have to give and they are doing the same tricks they are doing befor agin. the pay is around 50k. my question is what can she do so that it dosent take another 10 years? and due to the fact they are doing this can she sue for more? This has been going on for so long

There is simply not enough information here to answer your questions. In addition, it would be inappropriate for me or any other lawyer to comment on a case being handled by someone else. These questions should be directed to the attorney for your mother.

The only appropriate and possible answer is that, if you are not satisfied with your attorney, you can always hire another, or at least pay to consult with one for a second opinion. Sounds like he won the case and has handled the case through a series of time consuming expensive appeals. How much have you paid him so far for his time and effort? Employees who win their cases are entitled to have their attorney fees reimbursed and paid as part of the judgment. I assume there is such a court order now.. If the appeals are over, the final judgment can be enforced by levying on the assets of the company, if any exist.

If serious about hiring new counsel, feel free to contact me.
