Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Hi, im a 20yo male, I work in a building and there are no private restrooms, only public, and at lunch time i usually go for the one with less traffic and masturbate inside a stall, if i get caught would it be a reason to fire me?

Duh.

In general, you are an 'at will' employee that can be disciplined or terminated any time for any reason, with or without ‘cause’, explanation or notice. Beyond 'at will', that would certainly constitute 'cause', being a crime, a moral and ethical violation, a public nuisance, etc., etc.
