Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I applied for unemployment benefit , but the employer appead and the judge ruled against me.

my questions are:

1-Can I appeal for that

2_If I lost the case and and employer wins would there be any charge or a cost of things

I believe you can appeal that decision and I don't believe you would be required to pay any of your employer's attorney's fees (if any) or any other significant fees or costs as long as you have a good faith basis for appealing the judge's decision.
