Legal Question in Employment Law in California

My boss has bullied, and harassed me since i started this job 3 years ago. She has singled me out for the majority of disciplinary action handed out in the department. I am a male and she is a female approx. 12-15 years older. I think she picks on me because she is older female and i am a younger male. Am I part of a protected class in this situation, and is this legal or illegal harassment.

Not only are there no laws against poor management, 'unfair treatment', or rude and obnoxious behavior, but in general unless an employee is civil service, in a union, or has a written employment contract, they are an 'at will' employee that can be disciplined or terminated any time for any reason, with or without cause, explanation or notice. That is, UNLESS it is based upon discrimination, harassment or retaliation as defined as actually illegal under the Civil Rights laws [age, race, sex, ethnic, religion, pregnancy, etc], or similar statutes. Yours would seem to be a reverse gender / sex harassment claim. The burden you face is proving it is 'because of' your gender, and not just 'unfair treatment'. IF you think you can, feel free to contact me for the legal help youll need.
