Legal Question in Employment Law in California

My boss told me and 3 other hispanic employees that we couldn\'t speak Spanish at the shop while working! I feel like that\'s discrimination! Can he do that?

Probably, yes. The courts are finally coming around to allowing 'English only' rules in employment, on the clock. On breaks, off your work site, you can speak another language.
