Do I have a case for wrongful termination due to retaliation? My boss found out about a harassment claim I was going to file against her. Any advice.

You MAY have a claim, but much more information is needed. For example, have you been terminated? If so, what evidence do you have that it was due to your complaint? And what exactly was the complaint? Contrary to popular belief, not everything that you might consider "harassment" is unlawful.
You should speak with an experienced California employment lawyer ASAP regarding your case to determine if you have a case, and if so, how to proceed.
