Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Contract negotiation between Union and Employer

My place of business is in the middle of contract negotiations with the Union who represents the barganing unit of which I am a part. I do not agree with either side and am not sure if either side is ''telling'' the truth. I was wondering if it would be possible to ''sit in'' on negotiations as a silent obeserver in order to discern the truth.

Re: Contract negotiation between Union and Employer

Not unless the union and company both agree. Chances of that happening are nil.
