Is defamation in employment under personal injury or is it a specialty of employment lawyers ?

I am not sure of your question, but if you were defamed at work by a co-employee a personal injury attorney would handle that. If it was something done by a superior, then you might want to speak to a lawyer specializing in employment matters.
