Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I was employed as an resident manager and after 30 days I was fired for "it's just not a good fit". Can my employer hold my last check and call the police and say that I'm a trespasser to get me to move out?

No he cannot hold your check. Yes he can have the police remove you.
