Does my employer have to take me back following a stroke?
If my docter gave me the go ahead, does my empoler have to let me come back after a stroke.

I think your questions referes to modified work after doctor releases you with restriction. The answer is depends on the size of the company and whether they can accomodate you with a position that meets the restriction. Call us at 213.388.7070 if you need representation.

Not unless you are still within your leave times granted by company policy or under the law. If you've been off more than 12 weeks, probably out of luck. Feel free to contact me to discuss whether you are in time.
