Employment bait and swith
I was offered a position at a company and told my hours would be 1pm to 10pm. After I signed all of my paperwork and offer letter and took a drug test, I was called by HR and told there is no 1pm to 10pm shift and my hours would be 4pm to 1am. What are my legal options?
