If employed at a casino. How long can the gaming casino business withhold your annual merit increase?

If you are employed by a casino in Califronia, I assume you must be working for a tribal casino, and therefore I am 99% sure state and federal laws would not apply. You'll need to ask this of an attorney who knows tribal law.
