Evaluation

Between 09/00 to 09/01 I was given additional assignment to help another division due to short of staff. Because of the increasing workload had made my production rate almost 3 times of the others. On 10-01-01 I have filed grievance to the mgmt for unfair workload/treatment. I was not given additional workload since. On 02/15/02 I had a review, in the review, (which will be kept in my personnel file/employment record), included a chart of monthly prod. rate plus ''your productivity had significantly dropped as of 10-01'' I refused to sign due to the report is based on 2 diff conditions.. what shall I do to make employer delete the misleading words and records?

You can't make the employer change its evaluation of you. You can only submit a point by point rebuttal to be placed in your personnel file.
