Legal Question in Employment Law in California

who's exempt fromOT pay

My employer has recently switched me from hourly to salary pay without any overtime pay possibilities. I don't manage any subordinates within a company of four employees total. I feel that i'm being taken advantage of my "overtime rights." I have had similar issues with respect to overtime law in the past with this same employer. Are these feelings justified?
