Federal Regulation Violation

I have evidence of a company that has violated a federal violation in regards to what it asks its employees to do in order to profit at the expense of their safety. How do I go about prosecuting?

Re: Federal Regulation Violation

If you just want to report them to OSHA or Cal-OSHA, feel free. If you're injured, or fired for refusal to work at risk, or something like that, you could file a lawsuit. If that is the case, feel free to contact me.
