i had little fight with my co-worker and i got fired and she's still working...s
i had fight with my co-worker, she started it and i have eye witness to prove it. she is still working at the same place and i was sent home. its been week and company officials are not returning my calls.
can u please tell me what should i do?

They dont have to fire her and they dont have to take your call. You need to get another job
