Legal Question in Employment Law in California

i was fired today because of reporting unsafe and illegal conditions on the job site to the saftey supervisor . I worked for a sub-contractor on a marine base in 29 palms. I was frequently told to lie and hide conditions that exsisted or would occur from the site supervisor who worked for the general contractor. as i was the supervisor for my company and found it very hard and dangerous to do this and lost my job because of it. need advice on what to do . this seems very wrong.

If you can prove what you claim, you have a whistle-blower wrongful termination case. You will have to have witnesses, evidence, documents, etc. to corroborate your 'word'. Did you ever file a written complaint, or otherwise document this? If serious about getting counsel to help in this, feel free to contact me to discuss your rights and remedies. I’ll be happy to help, using whatever evidence there may be.
