Legal Question in Employment Law in California

i gave statements to supervisors at work while i was withdrawing from opiates. i am in recovery and now realize that i did not know what i was saying. can what i said be used against me? i was asked to give information about other employes by supervisors. i had already spent 5 hours in jail and released. my supervisor excorted me back to work where the above happened. i am a member of teamsters locall 911 in redondo beach ca.

Call the union - they have attorneys to help you with these things - that is what you pay your dues for. Unions have different rules than the rest of the workers, so the union attorneys are your best resource.
