My kid has MRSA, found out march. Since this people have came fourd to tell me that my boss has MRSA, I was not told about this, so I could protect my family. I started the job on Jan 2009. If I would have been told this I would have not taken the job. Now the boss is out on medical leave and I'm stuck with a very ill child. Who can't go to school due to the MRSA and I am having a hard time going to work with my child's illness. Should the company have told me about the boss's MRSA so that i could have made a chioce to work their? Any leagal ideas to help me??
