Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Hi,

This about my company deducting from my paycheck for medical insurance for the past 2 months and come to find out they haven't paid the medical insurance for the past 2 months and I have no insurance and they deducted medical from my check is there anything I can do about it? As far as I'm concerned that's stealing.....Thank you in advance Michele Graef

The company is liable for any medical expenses you incurred that would have been paid by the insurance you were supposed to have.
