Holiday pay per our policy book states"all employees must work the day before and the day after to receive holidya pay".How many hours during those days must an employee work to receieve the holiday pay

There is no law that requires employers to pay holiday pay. When employers have such a benefit, it is up to them to decide what criteria must be met to receive holiday pay. Ask your human resource representative.
