Legal Question in Employment Law in California

In regards to intermittent FMLA in California- If an employee has approved intermittnet FMLA for a chronic condition for 2-3 days per month, can the employer require them to be seen and resubmit a new certification for every absence related to this FMLA case?

Possibly. That is a grey area, subject to reasonable periodic confirmation from your medical provider. Work it out with the employer and the doctor.
