Intimidation,Discrimination,&Withholding Wages
I am an employee who works only on commision. that means tha we are coached to sell sell sell. The company has a problem with customers calling back and complaining about pricing issues from other estimates neighbors or because they no they can. Is it wrong for management to accuse you of doing things wrong if it is their prices and withold pay or be told we will never work in the industry again. I was told to ask seniors if they need to talk to relative before starting work. I did and it was used against me the senior said go ahead but ishould have known somehow not too.

You can file a complaint with the state labor commissioner for any unpaid wages.
