Job Classifcation Study
My employeer(City Municipality) recently conducted a reclassification study and issued new job descriptions at the same time. I qualify for a higher postion by performing most all duties listed. They do not see my way and replied indicating so. What options do I have?

Very few if any. Your employer has every right to determine whether you qualify under the reclassification.
