Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Job Description ???

For nearly two months I have been asking my HR department to supply me with a copy of my job description and job title. Repeatedly I am told they can't find it, they don't know, they'll get back with me, etc. I have been with this company for three years now, and feel this simple request is being ignored. What are my rights in this matter?

Re: Job Description ???

Your rights are to show up, do you work and get paid. While the treatment you are receiving may be rude, there is no law that says your employer must give you a job title or a job description.
