Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Does my legal signature have to match my social security card? If so, or if not, is there printable proof?

There really is no such thing as a "legal signature" If you sign something you are agreeing to it, and whether that is with an "X" or a name with 6 middle names does not matter. It merely becomes a question of how difficult it is to show you signed.
