How long does an employer have to correct errors in pay caused by employee mistakes?

probably 2 - 4 years for mistakes or breach of agreement.

2nd issue:

in claims to the Labor Commissioner for unpaid wages, the employee gets to look back 3 years. The employer could argue the same rules should apply for him.
