Medical records and treatment are confidential. No one has a right to disclose such information without your consent. Your employer should be notified, in writing, what your manager has been saying about you and that they take action to stop him from continuing. If you believe disclosure of your medical information has damaged you in some way, seek the advise of an attorney to review your legal options.
