Mother injured at work for indian casino in California
3 years ago my mother fell off a chair that broke at work (management had been informed that the chair was damaged). Since then my mother has been in chronic pain due to injury to her upper and lower spine. While workers comp has been sending her regular paychecks and has been providing medical attention nothing has been done to correct the damage caused by the fall. Where can we turn to for help with this especially if it is deemed that she will never fully recover?
