Can you offer a different medical benefit plan to some employees and not to the rest?

You can offer different plans to different categories of employees, such as managerial, exempt employees, as opposed to hourly, non-exempt employees. But employers must be very careful how they do this, as they run the risk of being accused of unlawful discrimination, if not properly distinguished and documented.
