Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I received a $250.00 bonus last month and after taxes it was actually $149.38. My company is now telling me that the bonus was an error and I must now pay the full $250.00 back. Is this legal?

You need to pay the amount net you received, they need to reverse the other contribution amounts through their payroll accounts. .
